If you were planning a trip to Budapest and did not have any questions we’d be a little concerned.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After we received your booking, we will send you a confirmation mail.

What are the reception opening hours?

Our reception is open from 6:30 a.m. until 22:00 p.m

What if I arrive later?

If you let us know in advance that you arrive later then 22:00, naturally we will wait for you

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?

Yes, wi-fi is free in the entire hotel

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?

All of our rooms are non-smoking. If you are a smoker you can go to our terrace.

Which size are the rooms?

We have two different sized rooms, The standard is 20 sq ft, the superior is 26 sq ft.

Can I book two rooms of different categories?

Yes you can, this is based on our occupancy

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can do it through the booking site or ask our help

By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?

You can cancel your booking free 14 days before your arrival. If cancelled within 14 days ,we will charge the first night.

Does the hotel provide additional or have extra bed in the room?

We can put an extra bed in the superior rooms. The price is +30 euros.

RESERVATIONS
At what time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2 p.m.

At what time is check-out?

Check-out is 11:00 o’clock.

What if I arrive earlier then 2 p.m.?

If the room is ready you can occupy it. If not, we happily store your luggage and you can come back later.

Can I get an early / late check-out?

Early check-out: If you have to leave before 6:30. you can settle your bill the night before and just leave your keys at the reception. If you wish we can call you a taxi.
Late check-out: If your room remains empty you can stay extra hours till the afternoon for +20 euros.

Can I leave my luggage there?

Yes, until 22:00 we can store your luggage after you checked-out

Must I print my booking confirmation?

No, there is no need to have it with you. We can check it online.

ACCOUNTING
Do children stay free?

Until 2 years old its free for them. Under 6 year old if sleeping with the parents its free.
Above 6 year if an extra bed is needed its extra charge.

Can I book without credit card?

No. We always need a credit card as a garantee.

Is my credit card being charged at time of booking?

No. only if you have choosed to pay in advance.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept visa / master/ maestro. If you pay by card the price will be charged in our local currancy

Is it possible to pay in advance?

Yes, if its more convenient for you can transfer the money or we can charge your card.

Which size are the rooms?

We have two different sized rooms, The standard is 20 sq ft, the superior is 26 sq ft.

What does non-refundable rate means?

The price is cheaper then tha daily rate because you pay it in advance. This price cannot be returned!

Is it possible to modify or cancel pre-paid rate?

You can modify or cancel it but the price wont be returned.

Can I pay with Euro?

Yes you can.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?

You can let us know and we will post it for you.

Can I reserve a table in a restaurant?

Yes, we can call it for you. If you would like to go to a famous restaurant we would suggest to do this some days before.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept visa / master/ maestro. If you pay by card the price will be charged in our local currancy

Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or feather-free pillows, manageable?

Yes if you let us know, we can prepare for you.
